1. Any clan information found to be unfit for public consumption or unreasonably offensive to WarRock PH or any other player. Clan information which includes, but not limited to Clan’s Names, emblem, ID, information, images, public message posts, and alerts.

2. Any ladder points or Clan experience points gained through unfair advantage brought about by bug or feature exploitation.

3. Any system rules that governs the following, but are not limited to the creation of clans, joining of clans, creation of battles, recording of battle results, and posting of public messages and alerts.

4. Any other items that the WR PH team finds to be against the proper dispensing of WarRock PH’s core service, which is fun and enjoyable experience for the majority of its player’s.

This holds until the end of BETA and the release of the Clan Support System’s official terms of use.

5. VETERAN and above members can accept challenges from other clans without prior notice from the CM

Frequently Asked Questions

Excited to do your very first clan match battle? Here is a basic FAQ, to get you started shooting.

1. Can we set a clan match schedule with less than the required players?

Answer:
Your clan has to have the minimum required members with clan rank Veteran and above, for the system to allow your to set a match.

2. How do we enter Clan Match at the scheduled time?

Answer:
If you are a member of a clan with an upcoming clan match, and you are in any of the game lobbies or regular matches 15 minutes prior to the scheduled clan match. Log-out of the game and log-in again within the 15 minutes and you will automatically find your self in the clan match room. There is no need to create any rooms for clan match.

3. Who among clan members can join an upcoming clan match?

Answer:
Only players with clan rank Veteran and above can join clan matches. Joining an upcoming clan match will be on a first login first join basis. The first few clan members who log-in the game client 15 minutes prior to clan match will get to represent their clan in that clan match.


4. For Starting Clans and Member ranks/Capacity

The maximum number allowed per clan is 80 members ... but the MAXIMUM number of member ABOVE VETERANS is 20 members ... the only way to increase that is for you to increase the level of your Clan RANK ...
The higher the Clan Rank the more Above Veteran Members can be added .. so start playing and start getting those ranks up ...

5. Clan Logo

Only Member above Veteran position can have clan Logo In game. Rookie position members will not have clan Logo In Game.


How to accept members in a clan

1. Go to clan.warrock.ph <---- use Internet Explorer
2. Log in
3. Click on my clan page
4. Click on manage
5. Click on all members
6. Change status on the members that you want to include on your clan
7. Give them the right level that you want.
8. Click on level change
9. Team Members accepted

How to upload a clan logo

1. Remember first that this can only be done once.
2. Go to clan.warrock.ph <---- use Internet Explorer
3. Log in
4. Click on my clan page
5. Click on manage
6. Go to default info
7. Upload clan mark (use only .jpg files)
8. The tool has an autoresize feature which will adjust the size and resolution of your clan logo.

For the time being, all you need to create a clan is

1. A premium member
2. Level 10 and above

Do we have to pass a CLAN LOGO? if needed, what size? or what are the qualifications for the CLAN LOGO?

Yes. Clan Master have those abilities.

The Clan logo, you will upload them yourself, and it will automatically resize your image to fit the ideal size (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

He has to seek approval from the CM (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

It will prevent players from clan hopping (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

Thanks for quick response again, yet another question pops out in my mind, do we have limitation on numbers of the member in the clan? or is it unlimited members?
